This company, no matter what was very responsive to my many needs and questions without a problem even after the job was done and they were paid. Many companies now won't even respond back to you especially after they are paid. They stayed professional with me at all times about the installation and made sure it was done right!

The quality of work that was conducted and product was superior. The salesperson was amazing and showed me the product and how it works throughly and gave us the lifetime warranty as well as when house sells the warranty transfers. Work was scheduled to begin on Monday and no one showed up so I gave a call to find out what was going on and was told it was scheduled for the afternoon, which wasn’t true, but I still said that was fine. No one still arrived and it was approaching 4pm in which I gave another call, only to be told they would not be coming because they got backed up and I took the whole day off work. I was told I had to wait to Wednesday. I called in about the issue to their office and the lady that answered was very apologetic and assured me she will personally work on the issue and make sure I have the new date. On Wednesday they did show up and everything went smoothly. I do feel I should have been compensated some way for me missing an entire day of work and no one showing up on that scheduled day. I missed out on pay and had to take another day off. The product is amazing !!

Started with giving a fair price and no pressure. I can compare as I got quotes from others that started so high spent 5 minutes discussing incentives and pressure to get the incentives had to sign right then and in the end was still higher. Another big plus was as they started work evaluated additional unforeseen work was needed and completed the work with no extra charge. They were open to complete the work at earlier dates but easily worked around my schedule to get the job done.
