- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Are typical process for working with customers Usually includes Initial inquiry Of services. From this we try to gather as much detail specific to the project including Dimensions, Whether there is any existing concrete to be tore out And removed, How much base fill/gravel will be needed, Is there access for the cement truck At the pour site or will concrete need to be carted in. Also if customer is not comfortable giving address what is a close proximity so we can determine which ready mix company we will be able to use. Which also has a Bearing on the price Of materials. Any other information that would be helpful To give a Accurate as possible Initial quote Before Face to face contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have worked in the concrete and excavating Trade for over 20 years Done on going Training Required for permits and licensing. Also have acquired first-hand education from other trades men that have been in this industry Twice as long
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father started this company and started us as early as four years old learning how to operate the skid steer and other heavy equipment with time comes the process of perfecting the trade.
