I wish I could choose all five adjectives for Hugo and his team. Since the app doesn't allow me to use them all, let me add in my review that Hugo was punctual and the work quality looks excellent. I contacted G&O Roofing and Repair because a tree limb fell on my parents' roof during Snowmageddon 2025. Another company came out to look at the roof the previous day and identified one puncture in the roof, but didn't repair it because their company doesn't do jobs this small. I contacted Hugo in the wee hours of the morning, and he called first thing Thursday morning. He arrived on site within the hour, had all the materials and tools needed to complete the job on the truck, and finished in an hour or less. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the shingle color didn't match, but it was more important to get the roof repaired because rain was forecasted for the following day.

Roofing is quite complex since the job sizes and details vary. That being said, you can always count on me to provide a reasonable price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking on a new roofing project can be intimidating, the process I follow is inspection first. Then I show the client my findings and give them my recommendations. I try to be as detailed as possible when explaining why we have to use a certain material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a little over 30 years of roofing experience.
