I can not recommend PRIME Low Voltage enough, they did outstanding work on our new home working on a variety of A/V projects. I asked them to mount 4 TVs, 3 sound bars, and install a home theater system while hiding all of the wires and they knocked it out of the park. The TVs and sound bars are all perfectly centered and couldn’t look any better in person. Mounting 3 of the TVs and sound bars required adding some outlets to the wall to behind the TV; whereas the previous owner had run extension cords through the wall when mounting (and had even spliced two together in the attic using only electrical tape), Brandon and his team made sure to re-wire professionally and in a manner that was up to code. For the home theater in the living room, I had two ceiling-mount speakers put in the rear of the room that sound great and couldn’t look better. While the room was pre-wired to run speakers through the ceiling, Brandon was able to bring the wires in the front of the room down through the wall in order to accommodate tower speakers on either side of the fireplace. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of all things A/V, it is clear they have been doing this type of work for a long time and were able to get the job done in a way that completely exceeded my expectations. In addition, I was quoted an extremely reasonable amount considering all the work that needed to be done. I will be using PRIME Low Voltage for any other A/V needs going forward and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing A/V installation services.

It was a last minute decision to have my TV installed on the wall. I reached out to Brandon, and within minutes he responded. I had a few question. We messaged back and forward a few times. One of my major concerns were wires being exposed, he put me at ease and assured me that he would not leave any wires to include my cable box exposed. He runs a very professional operation in every aspect. I highly recommend his service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide the total price for the labor efforts, any additional mounts, cables or misc. hardware will be quoted at the job. It is difficult to quote the exact material need without seeing the space. A simple TV install will not incur additional costs, unless the customer requests longer cables and mounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We look forward to it, no special process for new customers. We arrive on time and ready to work. Dogs and Cats are ok, just no SNAKES!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified technical specialist (CTS) which is an Audio Visual Specilist certification. I have worked in commercial and residential AV/Low Voltage for 19 years.
