What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many of our products and services can be relatively standard. For instance, residential underpinning (helical and resistance piers) are $1200-1300/ea, Carbon Fiber is generally around $500-600 per placement, crack injections range from $600-1000, and encapsulations can be $2/sqft plus the cost of dehumidifiers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years in the foundation repair business. After receiving my Master's from Georgia Tech in Engineering, I worked for a large commercial construction firm here in Atlanta. From both my commercial experience and my years in residential experience dealing with foundation repair and waterproofing make me well qualified to look at any issue and come up with the appropriate answers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with residential customers, builders, engineers and large commercial contractors. We have also done a few projects with the large TV/Movie productions here in Georgia.
