- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I consider my pricing very fair and in keeping with market trends. I also offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will come to your home, talk about what you are looking for and give you some options. Ideally you will already have a good idea of what you want. It helps me tremendously if you have a photo of something similar to what you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 1986 started a Woodmachinist's apprenticeship (4yrs.) In 1990 went to Germany and did a Carpenter's apprenticeship (2 yrs.) I've been working in the industry since then
