- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a quote request , we are usually able to provide an estimate on the project based on different factors like measurements, access to the area for pouring skidsteer access for grading , etc. When the customer doesn't know this factors, we schedule an appointment with the customer at a day and time convenient for them in order to provide them with a free estimate. If customer has all this information , they can provide a picture of the jobsite in the property so we can give a temporal estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a technical degree in concrete finish and decorative concrete from Scofield Institute in GA, main supplier of dyes and concrete releases. All our employees have over 10 years experience working with concrete
