What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to be very transparent and upfront with all of our pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we continue to educate ourselves by reading trade articles, as well as the required education to maintain our license for turf and ornamental pesticide and herbicide application.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that we do for clients are 1) recurring landscaping and lawn maintenance (includes mowing, shrub trimming, fertilizer and herbicide application), 2) renovations (i.e. remove old shrubs and trees and replace with new ones, 3) annual flower and pinestraw/mulch installations, and 4) minor exterior maintenance like pressure washing & gutters.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to meet in person with the provider prior to hiring to see if you are compatible and to make sure both parties have come to a meeting of the minds with regard to the work needed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We believe that communication is the most important part of the relationship with our clients. Without regular communication and feedback the relationship does not grow to become as good as possible.
