Being a first time home owner I got nervous when I noticed a water leak behind my fridge after 2 weeks since we were traveling. The dry wall behind the fridge was soggy and so was the floor near the fridge as the water made its way back to my garage.
I was lucky that I found NGWR on thumbtack! Danny was my first point of contact and he reached out to me within an hour. During the site visit, Danny was professional, he broke down the work that was to be done giving us a clear idea of the steps ahead. Danny was candid which made me trust their business even more as he encouraged us to explore alternatives when it came to drywall repairs to save money (as it had to be taken down as a part of the water damage fix).
The water damage repair was done by John after the initial assessment by Danny. John was very skillful, he kept the demolition to a minimum and maintained cleanliness around the affected area.
Would wholeheartedly recommend NGWR and use them in the future in case of any water damage.
