No hidden fees. All pricing upfront based on scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking with customer on the phone to get an idea of what the problem is & schedule appointment for service. Physically service the system or look & take pictures of scope of work. Give customer pricing based on scope of work then upon agreement & pricing. Get the job done!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im am HVAC certified, Nate certified, EPA certified.
