Introduction: Whether your issue is hardware, software, network-oriented or something else entirely, if I don't think I can handle it, I'll let you know right away. I specialize in PCs, but have been able to work a few miracles with Macs. I'm cheaper than Geek Squad with a faster turnaround, and as far as I'm concerned, what's on your computer is your business, not mine. Discretion is my specialty! I am also great for follow-up service after the fact! Cash, credit cards and money orders are accepted (barter, if we agree to it beforehand).

What types of customers have you worked with?
I do everything from virus/malware removal to replacing hard drives, power supplies, motherboards and anything else that goes bad. I can set your computer up for parental monitoring (i.e. keep an eye on what websites your kids are going to), and recover files from the hard drive if they can be salvaged.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Watch out for anyone who can't explain it to you without lots of techno-jargon and buzzwords. Your computer and network aren't really THAT complicated.
