- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard price is $55 per hour; however, if a student pays for a set duration, such as 4 weeks, 6 weeks, or 8 weeks, discounted rates are availaable. Copy editing and proofing services are $40 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial process is to have the student complete a needs assessment. This allows me to pinpoint areas that need work and to ensure that my approach and plan align with the student's goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors in linguistics and a Masters in teaching English to speakers of other languages. I am currently working on a doctorate in educational leadership. I have taught English as a Second language nationally and internationally. I have worked with everyone from refugees who are illiterate in their native language to professionals that speak several languages already.
