FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t have any hidden fees. Our prices for our service are all inclusive. Meaning we do all there is to be done in a service for the price given. Meaning we don’t need to up-sale you on a job because we already do everything. Companies will try to up-sale scraping of exterior windows on their window cleaning. We don’t have to because it’s already included as well as cleaning the window sills. Companies will try to up-sale you to unclog your downspouts. We don’t! The reason you noticed you need your gutter cleaned is because the clogged downspout is causing your gutter to overflow. You can always find a cheaper price, but what are you sacrificing for that price? Lately I have been doing job’s over for people that have hired someone and just wasn’t happy with the service provided. Why set yourself up to either pay twice for the same service, or not want the service anymore because of a bad contractor? Please do you homework on your contractor before hiring. We guarantee you will like our work and if you don’t for a great reason the visit is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I try to be as forthcoming with as much information as possible to help them understand why or how they need our services. We are here to simply help to protect your investment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in my field for 11 years. I’ve worked for 6 different companies over a 6 year span. On average we make 3 visits to 3 different homes per day. I know the ins and outs of my machines, as well as the chemicals we use. There isn’t a home we haven’t seen before. The best experience is hands on and time in my field. I’ve graduated college, but college didn’t prepare me for the field I work in. Every day on job experience is what did it for me.
