Tom was here in spite of the rain this morning to till my garden. I am thrilled with the work he has done. He is allowing me some time to put down my fertilizer and he will come back to till that all in and then I will be ready to plant. A great guy to work with.

Tom was excellent. He hung a new chandelier for us from a tall ceiling. He was flexible and came on a Saturday. He was right on time. He was affordable and did great work. He was professional and polite. We definitely plan to hire him again for other handyman projects around our house.

I try to price a job as though I am the customer. I run a property management company and some of the quotes I receive for jobs are outrageous.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer the ad. Then complete project. If you need leaves raked, please tell us how big the yard of leaves that needs to be raked.
