After months of contemplating, I decided to relocate from my home state. Not knowing anything about Georgia, I searched Zillow and found the perfect home. I chose additional homes just in case it fell through. Then, I contacted Corena Francis. I explained that I could only afford to fly to see homes once, but asked if she would visit the homes on my behalf and tell me if they looked like the pictures on Zillow. Not only did she visit all 8 homes that I was interested in, but she also provided me with videos that she personally narrated as she walked through each room. When I was able to visit for only one day, Corena agreed to meet me at the airport and gained access to all homes for my walk through. Corenas soft-spoken personality and kind demeanor enabled me to remain calm throughout the process of both selling and buying homes simultaneously. Corena answered emails, texts, and phone calls within 15 minutes and she always made me feel as if I was her only client. She has an excellent rapport with the community and was able to point out great restaurants and entertainment in my new area. She is very familiar with the various types of home buying options, to include military and VA, which was a plus for me. Before leaving the next morning, I had a contract on my dream home and was already thinking about decorating ideas. During the three weeks that it took to finalize the purchase of my new home, Corena addressed all of my concerns while also scheduling inspections and ensuring that I had contact information readily available for utilities, cable, and home security so that the transition of ownership was smooth. Corenas can-do attitude left me feeling at ease throughout the entire process. Most importantly, thanks to Corena Francis, I am now in the home of my dreams. What a truly wonderful experience.

If I had to use one word to describe our experience with Core Estates Realty, it would be Amazing. From the very beginning, even before we were serious about buying a home, Corena was always available to answer questions and give professional advice. When we thought COVID-19 would detour our plans to buy, she swooped right in and reignited our confidence in the process. She was not bias when it came to lenders. Sure, she came with references but she always made sure that we understood how important it was to choose the right lender for US. With so many horror stories surrounding us about the buying process before/after COVID-19, with Corenas help, professionalism, and diligence we were able to find our dream home AND close in LESS than a full 30 days! As of today, we are HOMEOWNERS! She has changed our lives forever! Thank you Corena!!!

I met Corena 2 years ago. The first year I didnt qualify for a loan. Corena did not stop keeping in contact with me. She would call and check on me to see how I was doing and was always encouraging. The 2 Year Corena was so very positive and advised me that this year would be better for me. Throughout the entire process for qualifying Corena was there, she sent homes to me every morning. Anytime I needed to see a home she was available. Her concern, and beyond help has made my closing a success. There where several times I wanted to give up due to the bank/underwriter process. But Corena was always pushing me and telling me that God didnt bring this far to leave me and God didnt. I am so grateful to have met someone that cares, believes in you and will stand beside you to succeed. I would more than recommend Corena to be your agent.

Corena is such an amazing person and realtor. She went over and beyond to make me and my husband feel important as her clients. After our first meeting, I knew instantly she would be perfect for the job. I loved the fact that we were always aware of the stage/status of our selling process, thanks to her timeline. Not to mention, she sold our home in a month. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

What can i say.....MrsCorena Francis is one of the beat realtor i had the pleasure of meeting ans doing business...i was so stressed out during the home buying process but she was alway calm saying "Miss Carol don't worry, we got this" and she was right...we closed on my house yestetday and now because of Corena....I'm a homeowner....Thank you so so much..#1love
