- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually dedicate prep time, as well as at least the entire day for an event. So my charges reflect my reasonable compensation for assuring your event will be exciting and memorable. Amazement guaranteed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because I perform in chef attire, and often work around food, I have taken a college-level course to be certified for safe food handling.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs I've done have been performing at banquets (country clubs and corporate.) The next most common have been house parties (Christmas, birthdays.)
