Introduction: SERVICES: We offer plated desserts, desserts tables and wedding cakes. Please check out our website for more information. This Little Light Bakery and Caribbean Delights was founded by Suerence Marcelle in 2019. Suerence is a self-taught pastry chef who started baking as a hobby making candy apples and chocolate treats. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Suerence expanded her baking talents to display her Caribbean roots in some of her delicacies such as black cake and Caribbean pastries. It is important to her to bring 'a taste of home' to those who live abroad and share her culture with neighboring residents.

Suerence did such an amazing job! She baked a cake for my daughter’s 15th birthday snd it was exactly what I envisioned and showed her I wanted. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was absolutely delicious. I always have left over cake that gets thrown away. The cake was gone in 3 days.

This Cake tastes so good!! Like I’m still eating it almost 4 days later for dessert!! Still tastes amazing! And it looked even better !! And the price was just perfect ...she was kind and such a spirit! Order your cake with her today! I’m trying today to figure out what else I can have to hire her! Just to have more cake!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TLLB only offers discounts for charity events and no other events. Our prices are based off of
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once customer has agreed to purchase from me a 50% deposit will have to be made 2 weeks before pickup or drop off date. An invoice will be sent and the remaining amount is due the day before pick up/drop off.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a ServeSafe license and Cottage license to do business out of my home. I am a self taught baker.
