- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TLLB only offers discounts for charity events and no other events. Our prices are based off of
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once customer has agreed to purchase from me a 50% deposit will have to be made 2 weeks before pickup or drop off date. An invoice will be sent and the remaining amount is due the day before pick up/drop off.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a ServeSafe license and Cottage license to do business out of my home. I am a self taught baker.
