- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$18 Standard Rate for 2 dogs, between the hours of 8 am - 6:30pm.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process First, one of the Most Important parts of the process is the Initial Consultation, (Free). This is where I come to your house, I meet you, I meet your pets, kinda like a meet and greet, to make sure everyone is on the same page. This is a great time to ask me any questions or concerns that you have. Then we go over some information and you give me a tour of the house. When you decide to trust me with your pets and your home, The final step would be to establish the Dates & Times for the visits, review the estimate for the all the services required. Last but not least check the keys to your house making sure they work, I do require a backup method of entry such as another key, garage door openers are not considered backup, due to the fact that if the power goes out the garage door opener will not work. Payment will also be due at this time.

I am certified with the Red Cross Pet CPR and First Aid.
