- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service charge is $49 and this covers the first 30 minutes of labor required to diagnose and assess the plumbing issue. After we determine the issue we will offer a solution as well as an estimate for the repairs or install.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
DownRight Plumbing is paperless! As a new customer you will be asked to provide your email and phone number. All of our service techs have iPads and are able to accept payment and email invoices to you. DownRight Plumbing never shares your information with anyone outside of our company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
DownRight Plumbing has an extensive training program for our technicians. Rest assured that our technicians have passed background & drug tests. We have several Master Plumbers & technicians in various stages of apprenticeship.
