Mr. Graves worked on my furnace for an hour or two apparently to put a bandaide on a bullet hole. The furnace worked for less than 6 hours and then died again. I contacted Mr. Graves again to let him know that the bandaide didn't work. He stated he would come back and "really" fix the furnace but the price was higher without a discount on the first attempt. We stayed frozen until finding a honest repair person was found.
