This is a very lovely married couple. Initially there was a miscommunication with my address which caused them to be an hour late. The job they did cleaning was suffice, it took them about 3hrs to complete it. Although there were things that I specifically asked them to do like clean all glass tops, wood furniture, and base boards. Also, dust ceiling fans. No dusting was done, all glass tops and wood were not cleaned. Unfortunately, I hadn't noticed they weren't done until they left. Charles and Annmarie I would suggest in the future to complete specific customer requests first to make sure that it is completed. Also, to call your customers the day of appointment to confirm the location to eliminate any discrepancies.

Nateesha has indicated, but as it appears in her rating how could our work be suffice yet be unsatisfactory at the same time, we do regret that there were discrepancies, but we ask Mrs. nateesha if our work was satisfactory and she and her husband indicated yes that our job was well done.

Yes, we work with a flat rate pricing system which seems to work best for our customers, keeping them more in control of what they are spending instead of run on hourly rates.

Our first priority is to get familiarized with what the customers needs and wants consists of, and then we'll guarantee them an A-1 quality job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
