Introduction: Atlanta Affordable Comfort, we are not the big shop box company with bill boards all over town. We are locally operating out of Rockmart. We specialize in Mini Split - multi-heads, Heatpump splits systems and natural gas split systems, propane split system. Zoning ductwork to work properly. Dehumidification for whole house, basement or crawl spaces.
I have been to quite a few houses with the new ridge cap venting. They should have a minimum of 1” on each side cut out for heat to be rise out of the attic. However the other issue I’m seeing is not all houses are the same so if you have ridge cap vents that are only 6’ -8’ in total length for say 1800 sq ft. Your attic will be extremely hot and costing a lot more money air conditioning your home.
There are advantages to not spending big budgets for signs, I make my pencil as sharp as I can. And give the best price the first time.
