- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fully insured Renovation Team operating under the GA State License and umbrella of our business parter Trailwood Builders. We can procur all permits necessary to see your project through. We specialize in upgrading and updating living spaces with the latest options available in the marketplace to provide a finished product worthy of being shown in magazines. What we are not is a repair/insurance business firm. We choose to work with individuals looking to demolish old spaces and create something truly special.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the Head Project Manager, I am very involved in helping a client take their ideas both verbally and from Pinterest photos and creating a space unique to them. I typically can have a complete estimate to a client within 48 hours of viewing the space and talking over the scope of work. I personally handle the site preparation before each job and am personally involved on a daily basis with all of the tradesmen involved with the project. If a client wants to move forward, we spend a half day with my designer Tori visiting our countertop suppliers and look at slabs, our cabinet vendor to get a 3D rendering of the new proposed layout, and a visit to look at all tile options to get the creative ideas flowing. I start each day visiting my work sites to get subcontractors started and to meet with clients and go over the day's expected progress. My job is to make sure the client enjoys the renovation as much as I do!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 19 years of experience in residential construction, and over 10 years in property management, project management, and custom home builds. I have worked under the umbrellas of Chase Homes and Trailwood Builders the past few years as the head of the Renovations Division primarily renovating projects between $15000 and $150,000. With Chase Homes we successfully renovated over 60 homes in the greater Atlanta area building custom homes from the ground up. I personally enjoy most renovating kitchens, bathrooms, bars, and basements. We have amazing relationships with our clients. We have full sheets of references from previous work.
