Hugo did an excellent job on our floors! His rate was fair and reasonable. He is an effective communicator. He immediately texted/emailed us for any changes that needed to be made to the schedule.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hugo! He was incredibly responsive from the moment I contacted him. Not only did he follow up, but he showed up exactly when he said he would. His estimates are quick and detailed so there are no surprises. He is incredibly professional! I was blown away that he and his team were able to install LVP in my kitchen and 2 1/2 baths in just a single day (415 Sq Ft). I felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home while I had to run out at several point during the day. They worked incredibly hard and cleaned up everything. Incredible work quality. You can’t go wrong hiring him for your project!

I rebuilt my basement kitchen and needed new backsplash installed. Using Thumbtack, Hugo responded quickly, gave me price over the phone and we set up a time. Hugo arrived right on time and finished the job in a few hours. Hugo was professional and personable. I will hire Hugo again for my next tile or floor installation need.
