Hugo did an excellent job on our floors! His rate was fair and reasonable. He is an effective communicator. He immediately texted/emailed us for any changes that needed to be made to the schedule.

I rebuilt my basement kitchen and needed new backsplash installed. Using Thumbtack, Hugo responded quickly, gave me price over the phone and we set up a time. We decided to lay tile in our sunroom. When we met with Hugo he helped us to choose right material, explained clearly what best. Very polite. We were very pleased. I would use his service again.
