A full 5 stars for Johnny. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. My locks and knobs were very complicated but he knew what he was doing. I compared him with a few others and he was the most reasonable. In our text exchanges I could see that he knows his trade. I use thumbtack a lot so I know that it's a gamble sometimes but we were very pleased with everything.

My tenants moved out and didn’t leave the keys, I called Johnny and he drove out same day to pick the locks and rekey eight cylinders. I was up and running with a new set of keys in 2 hours. Thank you!
