- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I OFFER UP FRONT ALL INCLUSIVE PRICES WITH UNLITED HOURS. This removes the stress of do I want this, that, etc. I am very competitive for this market and my ratings-- you may find cheaper but you won't find it with my reputation and experience. As an independent I can be flexible---Print off other quotes and we can talk!!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respond rapidly to their initial request, then remain actively involved in the process with them. Since DJing is the only activity I do, I am also available to assist. I send out an ***** with an information sheet that has the basic information on it for the event that walks them through the planning process as well. If they have questions I am available by *****, *****, or ****.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years experience with DJ, and over 30 years of Customer Service. I strive to ensure the customer remembers the day as one of the best and smoothest.
