- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very flexible depending on the type and length of the event, of course, competitive to the area... Print off other quotes and we can talk!!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respond rapidly to their initial request, then remain actively involved in the process with them. Since DJing is the only activity I do, I am also available to assist. I send out an email with an information sheet that has the basic information on it for the event that walks them through the planning process as well. If they have questions I am available by phone, email, or text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience with DJ, and over 25 years of Customer Service. I strive to ensure the customer remembers the day as one of the best and smoothest.
