Introduction: My passion is to help other people find solutions to the problems they encounter in life. As a lawyer, I found myself continually frustrated because the legal system seemed to create more problems than it solved. Fortunately, my frustration led me to mediation, a process that emphasizes sound decision-making and personal involvement.
In 1991, I became one of the first three certified trial court mediators in North Carolina and mediated over 3,500 cases until I moved to St. Simons Island, Georgia several years ago.
The question that continually haunts me is "How can I use my gifts to help others." I now believe that I can be of service by offering my skills to the general public, both as a mediator, arbitrator and conflict coach.
