TelsTails offered quite an outstanding service and is worth this referral and possibly many more. As a new cat owner, I didn't know exactly what to do because my grandson, 6, and his family wanted to visit me on Thanksgiving Day but he is allergic to cats. However, the company's owner sat, explained, and journeyed with me throughout the boarding process. Nyla, my cat, didn't want to be boarded at first, but eventually, she settled in with TelsTails. I was pleasantly given frequent daily updates on Nyla's happenings and felt it was a win-win situation. Nyla returned home with cat treats, my family was happy to see me during the holidays, and I will definitely use TelsTails again in 2019/20.
