Doug and his team did a fantastic job on my home. Initially we hired them to paint the exterior. They did such a great job at a reasonable price that I then asked them to stain my deck(s) and paint 4 of my bedrooms. I have had my home painted many times, and this was by far the most professional group I have worked with. They even put up with me changing deck stains multiple times after they started staining the deck! Very professional and willing to work with customers who are high maintenance like me.
I could not have been more pleased with J & H. I needed my deck stained for a graduation party, and gave them very little time schedule to work with. Not only did they fit us in, they did an outstanding job of staining our deck. We had extensive damage and buildup from years of poor quality jobs and dog hair- J & H made our deck look brand new. Very professional and friendly crew- I will definitely be telling my neighbors about this company. Thank you!
We are beyond pleased with the work that was done. Our deck looks amazing and we couldn't have asked for better! Friendly service, prompt but thorough work, and professional staining...10 star job!
Great deck stain job at great price.
Jimmy and his team did a great job staining my deck and painting my front porch.
Superb worksmanship on our deck staining project. Erik is extremely courteous and professional. He even pointed out an additional, non related issue with our deck railings. Thank heavens he did, as we're currently getting it addressed with our builder. I would highly recommend Erik to others for their deck staining / power washing needs.
Mr. McDowell was very professional. He did an outstanding job staining my deck. Had a few other small jobs for him to work on and he did not hesitate in doing what I asked him to do. I highly recommend him. He went far and beyond for me. I've asked him to come back and do other chores for me.
Kendall is a true professional. He has replaced kitchen subflooring and replaced broken ceramic tiles, laid new plank flooring throughout my whole house, replaced toilets, built proper support under my screened porch, stained my deck, painted the exterior of my house, repaired plumbing leaks, and replaced light kits and electrical outlets. Every job he has done with excellence, making sure that everything was done properly. I trust him explicitly and would recommend him as a professional and as a person of integrity who is honest.
Pernell was great and communicated well throughout the process from quote and throughout the work. Project estimate was well described with photos to illustrate as needed. This was a full deck finish restoration of about 400sq ft. I enjoyed the flexibility he provided on the options. No money was asked for upfront. Pernell showed up each day when he said he would. What I'm saying is for an independent he was totally professional and I never felt risk in his hire. Many thanks Pernell!!!
Tony did a great job on fixing a deck that others said needed to be replaced. The job was finished as quoted, eventhough a little more wood had to be replaced than what he had quoted. Will gladly refer him to others needing similar services!
Mr. Baynes has been a contractor for me for numerous projects in my home. The scope and nature of the project work included entire interior and exterior painting of a 6800 sq. ft. home, deck restoration and painting, siding replacement, new construction of sunroom, power washing of house exterior and driveways, new appliance installations, wall and ceiling replacement after major water damage, carpet installation, tile refinishing in the bath area, painting of exterior rod iron fence and gates and widow re-sealing and re-glazing. While home improvement projects are inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Mr. Baynes’s services as a contractor were invaluable, and I have been extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give Mr. Baynes top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently. Mr. Baynes was knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in his respective trades. He was conscientious about all of the project specifications, and his work product rarely needed improvement or revision. 2. Quality of work. Mr. Baynes was professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of my property and privacy. He had an old school work ethic (often 10-hour days, some Saturdays), good work habits, strong safety orientation, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. His pride in his work was evident. He tidied up at the end of each workday. I also found him to be trustworthy, and felt comfortable with allowing him access inside my home. 3. Project management and coordination. Mr. Baynes’s prior experience working in construction really paid off. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of my projects, and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities, effectively. 4. Integrity and professionalism. Throughout the projects, I was impressed with Mr. Baynes’s commitment to generating a top quality product, rather than maximizing his profit margin. 5. Effective communication. Mr. Baynes kept me closely informed of work schedules, delivery dates, and projected completion dates of different phases of the projects. His communication was always clear, informative, and helpful. 6. Flexibility and effectiveness in dealing with unexpected developments. When unforeseen problems surfaced (e.g., water damage behind a wall; he worked diligently with me to identify solutions that was acceptable to me. 7. Responsiveness to my needs and concerns. Mr. Baynes’s commitment to my satisfaction was evident in his actions. 8. Truth in advertising. In his proposal, Mr. Baynes gave a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the projects. His contract was just as detailed in describing the work to be done and the itemized costs. When the project was completed, all the work was done as described and agreed upon, and there were no hidden costs, extra expenses or unpleasant surprises. As a homeowner and customer, I felt Ms. Baynes delivered exactly what he had promised, at the agreed upon price.
Inmer was very thorough. I asked for a quote to refinish my deck, and there were a few boards that needed to be replaced. He inspected the deck, including below the deck and pointed out how some hangers were improperly installed. He provided me a detailed estimate. He id what he said he would, being patient o let the new wood dry thoroughly it rained so much. I was very happy with the work, the responsiveness, etc.
East Georgia Home services repaired my deck and did remodeling in my home. They did an excellent job at an affordable price.
Shane and his assistant repaired by deck to the specifications that we wanted. All the repair work was completed in one day and a few weeks later he completed the job by spraying my deck with clear waterproof. Overall, I'm happy with the work he and his assistant did.
Me Penney did an excellent job staining our double deck and he called several times to make sure he had completed the job to our satisfaction. He's even coming in to look it over and touch up a few spots! Excellent, and highly recommended!!
Garry was extremely nice and professional. He was prompt and took time to explain his process of staining the deck. We are happy we chose HydroSolutions to complete the work on our deck. We would definitely hire him again.
Brian did the framing for our bar. It looks GREAT! Now ready for the stone work and staining.
Alin refinished our kitchen cabinets, added crown molding to the cabinets, created a shelf above our oven, a valence above our sink, replaced the drawer pulls and hinges, and installed coordinated paneling which wrapped around the breakfast bar in the kitchen. He did a beautiful job on all of the wood work, was on-time and completed the project on time and on budget. He maintained a clean work environment when he was working in our house and always cleaned up before he left for the day. My husband and I are very happy with the finished product and have received numerous compliments. I would highly recommend him and will use him again on future projects.
Nate Folsom was extremely professional and responsive and submitted a very attractive bid. He and his father, Mickey, did an excellent job in pressure washing and staining our deck. After we got a brief shower toward the end of the staining, they hosed off the ruined stain coating and came back to re-do the job at no extra cost. I highly recommend Southeast Veterans Painting. A true joy to work with. Steven "Sox" Sockler
They removed a Rustoleum product that has since been recalled b/c it failed. They then put down a primer and 2 coats of a Sherwin-Williams product that is supposed to block the damaging rays. Did all the spindles, steps, including under the deck and steps. We couldn't be happier!
2hires owner Kieth is very polite, responsive and understanding. His goal is to make sure the job is done right and to the customers satisfaction. I did have some installation issue with getting my single door to a double door installed. The Workman ship was rushed and the initial install was done poorly. With that said Keith assured me he will make it right. This caused a significant delay in completion. Keith sent a new set of installers to correct the installation, as well as the staining. This process was a pleasure the installers took their time and resolved the issues. I also hand the staining done by Greg’s Pro Painting who was sent by Keith. Keith and his crew did a great job with staining the mahogany doors. To the point where I hired him to repaint my garage door. At the end of it all the doors are installed and I am satisfied.
