This is a very professional person, he tries to solve your problems and keep the cost low. Yes I'd use him again, in fact he was at my place today to give me another estimate.

Wally cut and applied new PVC window trim to a structure on my property, built an artificial balcony from PVC across the width, 25 feet, cover a small tin roof with new tin, and closed some existing openings that needed to be covered. The job was at 612 Rivers End Drive. It actually took 2 men about 20 hrs to complete the work. That did not include the time we spent at Home Depot selecting the material. What impressed me most about Wally was his attitude, he was willing to do or attempt anything I ask of him. Yes Wally did go above what was expected of him. The quality of his work seems to be as good or better than any I have used before. The only thing I personally can fault Wally about is his time it took to start the job, but he had others things he was committed to and I understand that completely. I feel the way Wally can improve his work is to acquire more equipment, have a place to store it, and try not to over extend himself. He is smart, hard worker, and very pleasant to work with.
