- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a contract for the client to sign after we are hired. The only thing I ask is the date be secured with a deposit and the balance be paid in full 2 weeks prior because I have to order the flowers in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Would like to meet and get to know their likes and dislikes. Look at pictures and let them tell me what they are expecting for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the floral business since I was in high school. Then it was all hands on training. I think it's the best way to learn any trade.
