- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will be as fair as I can without undercutting me. I normally want to see the job before I price it and I will discuss any fees or discounts with them and will have a printed contract if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial conversation with the customer by going over what they want and expect. Then doing an inspection and double checking I have everything ready to do the job. Afterwards making sure the customer knows what all was done and finalizing any information they need and making sure it was a job done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just years of being around and in construction.
