Bonnie was my wedding coordinator and she and her entire staff were FANTASTIC! We contacted her approx 8mos before our wedding for 150people and she helped from the very beginning of the planning, starting with selecting the venue. She was 100% professional, made the planning process stress free, fun, and my wedding was exactly what I wanted and within the desired budget! I was new to Savannah and worried about being able to choose vendors - Bonnie suggested vendors based on my desired cost/vision for the wedding and choosing among her suggestions made the process so simple (and her suggestions were spot on)! Her staff helped wtih dress shopping, came to the fittings and made sure they knew how to work the bustle (so no disasters come reception time). It was a unique venue (Old Fort Jackson) with very individualized aspects (smores, cannonfire, cornhole, fireworks, photobooth) that all came together perfectly. My family enjoyed having her staff at the wedding and everyone thought she did a great job, and was wonderfully friendly without being intrusive in any way. Her husband, Jeff, was also our DJ and the flow/selection of music was perfect to get everyone out on the dance floor. It was exactly what we had wanted, and he was a wonderful MC keeping the events of the evening progressing on time. You will not regret selecting First CIty Events as your planner!!!!!!!!!!

Bonnie became my daughter's wedding planner in April 2010. We went to Savsnnah for a destination wedding. We were extremely lucky to have Bonnie to help because Julie lives in Ohio and I live in Tennessee. We could only be in Savannah for one day and with Bonnie's help we left with a wedding venue, a place for the reception and a florist. We had names of caterers to consider and a very good start on the planning. She recommend hair and makeup people and they were amazing. Jeff and his group were the DJs and the music was great. The DJ played exactly the music that Julie and Jamie wanted and everyone had a blast dancing. Bonnie took lots of calls from a nervous mother and was so very sweet about answering all my questions. Julie and Jamie's wedding was April 2, 2011 and it was amazing. We were extremely blessed to have the crew from First City Events in Savannah, GA.

I cannot say enough about First City Events. Bonnie and her team are the consummate professionals. She managed a perfect wedding for us and most of the planning was done from overseas as we had destination wedding. The entire weekend went smoothly, I never once had to worry about a thing because Bonnie was already a step ahead. Jeff was our DJ and perfected the perfect blend of music to meet our guests needs. Many of our family continue to talk about how much fun they had at the wedding and we thank Bonnie and First City Events for making our wedding a day we and many others will never forget.
