Every system is customized, but I always provide free quotes with no obligation. Many customers qualify for special discounts or promotions that can save hundreds on equipment and installation. We also offer flexible monthly monitoring options with professional support 24/7.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we do a free consultation where I learn about your home, concerns, and what you’re looking for. Then I create a customized quote with options that fit your needs. Once you decide to move forward, we schedule professional installation and full system training, so you’re completely comfortable with how everything works.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified Vivint SmartHome professional and receive ongoing training on the latest security products, smart home technology, and customer care practices to ensure my customers always get the best service and solutions.
