Our family had a 90th birthday party for our grandmother and it was explained to Mr. Anthony how important it was, he portrayed being a nice, intelligent young man. Unfortunately he showed up late to get pictures/video of grandmothers arrival.
My family paid him a deposit for services and it was collaborated after pictures/video provided, we would render final payment. He agreed and gave us a date of the end of the week for material. We contacted him on the date he provided and no answer. Last text received was we would receive pictures by November 14th and without much amazement at this point: no pictures, no call, and no text.
This is a very unfortunate situation and I truly believed in supporting small owned business, especially because of COVID, but when you get bitten like this, it makes you truly reconsider and go with more professional businesses that can handle the dynamics of request.
My grandfather always taught us, when unfortunate situations arise, life has a way of paying the offender. Anthony, when a situation in your life similar to this arise, please think back on the chaos you created in another persons life.
