I kept in touch with David almost every other day after his estimate, getting ready for this project-even the night before, but he did not show up; no call no text & no return call after I left a message! Disappointed-so unprofessional. Did you do a background check on this person before you let him be a part of your website? Definitely NOT A PRO In my book!

As the customer stated, we were communicating effectively even the night before the project was to begin. I had a medical emergency later that night and was unable to reach out to her before she wrote this review, just 1 hour after the time we agreed on. I don't deny my responsibility for these circumstances. I had given her a very fair estimate and was willing to be inconveniently flexible in accommodating her unusual requirements that most contractors would consider unacceptable. I would also have accounted for potential opportunity costs in her final invoice.
