- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the customer over the phone if they do not mind to ensure I understand what they need and to make any recommendations to make sure the job is completed to meet their expectations. It is always great when the customer provides pictures and details this helps make sure everyone is on the same page.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I really enjoyed completing a wheelchair rack Installation for a recent customer. It wasn’t about the money but the fact that she needed to get her daughter to an appointment that was far away and needed to install the rack as soon as possible to make it to the appointment. I enjoyed being able to complete the job within the same day to know her and her daughter will make it to the appointment and have everything they need.
