- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees start from $3. to over $150. depending on the type of documents and the location of service. Fees are also based on the number of signatures and documents that need to be notarized. Each additional signature is $5. The mobile rate is $25 (up to 20 miles). Mileage is calculated on a "round trip" basis. After 7 pm, weekends and holidays an additional $20. ** 50% of invoice REQUIRED for deposit, remaining balance due UPON arrival of notarial performance. ** Please be advised that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if the client is a no call, no show and if proper identification or witnesses are not provided at the agreed appointment.

Georgia Notary, Remote Notary, Signing Agent, Georgia MLS Training (Real Estate), and Familiar with legal forms in Real Estate (prior loan officer).
