Even though it’s supposed to be DIY, it was a pretty complex installation from my perspective so I wasn’t going to attempt it. The folks from Tried and True, especially Tristan & Austin, tackled it like true professionals. They even switched out my light fixture so I didn’t need to call in the electrician. The initial instructions that came with the closet system weren’t that detailed but this crew figured it all out and made it look easy. Jake was very responsive with scheduling and answering any questions I had. Everyone had great attitudes and were very friendly. I will definitely be using these folks again."See more
