- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing because everyone situation is not the same. I price specifically on the needs of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage potential clients to schedule a consultation. This gives me an opportunity to ask questions pertinent to their tax status. This also gives the client an opportunity to ask questions about my company and how we can assist them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took course with Universal Accounting and Fast Forward Academy to further my knowledge of tax, bookkeeping, and accounting. I further took classes to stay current with the tax laws.
