FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is tailored to my client’s goals. Everyone has different situations and expectations when it comes to their personal fitness goals. After the physical assessment and consultation I will know your wants, needs, time availability, and physical limitations if any. Once I know the clients specific goals, I can then provide you with a program specifically designed to attain the results you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meeting will take about an hour. We first go over the physical readiness questionnaire. In this part of the assessment, I learn exactly what the client wants and what their goals are. We will then go through a workout to assess your physical fitness level. I understand that every individual comes to me with different abilities and this is how I can assess strengths and weaknesses. I will then learn about the clients understanding of nutrition. Once I gather the appropriate information, based on what I learn in the initial assessment, I will design a regime to assist you in reaching your fitness goal. Reassessments are done continuously as goals are reached and new goals are made.
