FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of document, number of notarizations required, and travel distance. The state of Georgia sets standard notary fees per notarization. A mobile convenience/travel fee is added based on your location and appointment time. I provide clear, upfront pricing before every appointment—no surprises. Same-day, evening, or urgent requests may have additional fees depending on availability. Feel free to reach out with your details, and I’ll provide an exact quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I’ll gather a few quick details such as your location, the type of document, number of signers, and preferred time. From there, I confirm availability and provide a clear quote. Once scheduled, I travel to your location and complete the notarization efficiently and professionally. Please ensure all signers have valid, government-issued identification and that documents are ready but not signed in advance unless instructed. My goal is to make the process smooth, quick, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Georgia and operate with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and professionalism. In addition to my notary work, I bring years of experience working with individuals, families, and organizations in roles that require attention to detail, confidentiality, and clear communication. This background allows me to provide a level of service that is not only efficient, but also respectful and client-focused—especially in situations involving important or sensitive documents.
