Patricia Whitehead, MBA, CPP, Founder and CEO of Essential Accounting & Business Services LLC, brings more than 20 years of accounting, finance, payroll, and business management experience across a variety of industries. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has been a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) since 2015. Patricia has also served as a Georgia Notary Public since 2019 and is a Registered Civil Mediator for the State of Georgia.
Throughout her career, Patricia has built a reputation for providing strategic financial leadership, strengthening internal controls, improving operational processes, and helping organizations navigate complex financial challenges. Her passion lies in partnering with entrepreneurs and business owners to create strong financial foundations that support long-term success. From startups and nonprofits to established organizations, Patricia provides practical solutions that help businesses remain compliant, profitable, and positioned for growth.
As a Registered Civil Mediator, Patricia also helps individuals and organizations resolve disputes through professional, impartial, and confidential mediation services. Her ability to facilitate productive conversations and guide parties toward mutually beneficial resolutions reflects her commitment to integrity, professionalism, and effective problem-solving.
