I can't say enough positive things about Chris Monahan and All Coastal Contracting. Chris is a very experienced in all areas of remodeling and I don't think there is anything Chris cannot do. Mr. Monahan made my master bathroom look twice as big. He gutted the entire bathroom and created the perfect master bathroom to include a walk-in tiled shower room and floor. He made my dull front concrete front porch beautiful by paving it with brick pavers. Mr. Monahan made a ramp for my outdoor shed. He is currently working on adding a whole house water filtration system and moving my water heater to a different location. His pricing is fair and reasonable for the quality of work he does. He also resurfaced my back porch metal roof. I would be happy to recommend Chris Monahan and All Coastal Contracting. I will be glad speak with anyone regarding the quality of his workmanship. We had a tub removed and a new shower installed. Tile job was great. So glad we did this. It looks wonderful.
