I provide same day reports with photos that are easy to read and outline issues found during the inspection process. I am detailed oriented and I treat every home inspection as if it were my own. After all the best policy is to treat others like you want to be treated. My company (Trust It Home Inspections) is new, but I am not new to the home inspections industry. I have worked for one of the most trust inspection companies around (Pillar to Post) for the last 4 years and have an impeccable record.

I recently had the pleasure of Gregory inspecting my new home, he was responsive, punctual, and kinda ocd lol which works best in your favor. Gregory was able to pen point things that was very much so looked over by myself I loved how he paid attention to every little detail in my home ,he took his time and explained in great details his findings and which issues he found that was high risk (safety concerns) I truly felt Gregory loved his job and knew how important it was for him to do a great job, I wasn’t just a dollar sign I was a person to him that was not only seen but heard over all Gregory will most definitely be someone I reach back out too in the future and send him referrals
