- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly pricing starts at the time we arrive at your location not from the warehouse. We only charge you for the time you use. If you pay with a debt or credit card there is a 4% processing fee.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a job were we loaded a customer truck from her storage unit. After we completed the load she had to go back to her house to pick up a dresser. We offered to assist her and when we arrived at the location the dresser was gone. In her haste,she left the dresser outside of her apartment and a neighbor thought she was throwing it out.....in short, they took it. When we seen how distraught see was, we decided to drive the complex to see if we could find the dresser. And to great pleasure we found the neighbor who was moving and had found the dresser. We explained what happen and the neighbor gladly gave us the dresser to bring back to the customer. Now the joy in her face made our day, more then us making hers by finding the dresser which she had already in mind consider a loss. This was the second time we complete work for this customer and we had already gained her business but now we know we gained it for life.
