- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As your virtual financial “partner”, we’ll sit down together and discuss exactly what YOU need from ME, and customize your package based on those needs only. Nobody wants to order a meal at a restaurant that doesn’t let you change your side dishes!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first objective is to learn more about you and your business! We'll then discuss how your business makes and spends money, what the pain points are currently for tracking how your money flows. From there, we'll discuss where I can come in and add value to your business by eliminate those pain points.
