I Hired New Garden for approximately 1000 sf of sod patch work. They (Jose) miss quoted the estimate ( said one pallet would do the job) but on the date of installation the said one pallet was not enough and I would need to pay for one more pallet. I told I would split the cost, Jose agreed. When it came time to pay, he told me to write the check to his personal name and not to new garden generation. I did that other than questioning it but i thought i hire New Garden as he represented himself. Thinking this was odd but I did it thinking that the job was done. Seven weeks out most of sod has turned brown. I talk my other lawn guy (i should have hire in the first place) and he said reason the sod died, that it required a thicker layer of topsoil underneath. Before Jose Jimenez left he told me the sod was guaranteed for a year. I tried reaching Jose four times, leaving messages and each time, he has been unresponsive. This is not the company you should do business with especially sod work, very suspicious and lack of quality. It is a take the money and run rip off.

My lawn was totally overgrown in the front and the back. The team was on time, very professional, and did an awesome job clearing my yard for the spring. I can actually see my fence in the back 😁 they contoured, and edged the yard perfectly. Great choice! I would definitely hire again.
