This pro did a very good job on my project. The problem tI had with them, which is a very serious problem is that they did not pull a permit for the plumbing nor the electrical work for my renovation. They knew that they should’ve pulled the permits , but they did not and that delayed my ability to rent out my unit and update my insurance for almost 6 months . These permits were obtained in arrears and that is only because I insisted upon it. Be very wary of using this company.

Initially they asked for my contact info. I gave it on the same day & when they called I wasn’t available but I did call back & leave a vm. yet two days later no one contacted me again. I reached out again to see if they were still interested. Little over a week later they arrived onsite 8/20 provided a verbal but no written estimate as they stated they would still today is 9/5. Poor communication & follow through.
